The 2009 Wing Welcome – Your Chance for Romance!!!

            The 2009 Wing Welcome is not only a time to learn about Greenwood and 14 Wing, it is also a time for romance.  This year we are introducing speed dating, hosted by Speed Dating Atlantic and open to the public.  For those who don’t know about speed dating you get the chance to meet up to 25 perspective bachelors or bachelorette in one afternoon.  You have 5 minutes to get to know them and make a great first impression, so be sure to bring your “A” game.  After 5 minutes, a bell rings and you get to meet someone new.  It may seem brief, but in that 5 minutes sparks can fly and lead to something more.

            The speed dating takes place on Saturday, 19 Sep 09 from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Annapolis Mess, Lounge Capris.  The cost is $25 per person.  With the chance to meet 25 new people, that works out to a dollar a date!!  But, space is limited so book early.
